Vasishtha Patel

Vasishtha Patel, aged 57 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Sardar Patel University and a master’s degree in business administration from South Gujarat University. He has over 20 years of experience in management and exports. He has previously held various managerial positions where he handled business opportunities and operations. He is currently a director of Multico Exports Private Limited which is involved in the export of pharmaceuticals and raw materials. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee of our company.
