Danny Jonstrup Krøger

Danny Jonstrup Krøger has an extensive work experience spanning over various industries. Danny started their career in 2001 as a Sound Engineer, System Administrator, and Web Developer at Gear Guys - Audio Visual Rentals. Danny later worked as an Owner and Web Developer at Hobo Musiker Service in 2001. In 2002, they became a Freelance Web Developer at Grafect Design.

In 2003, Danny became a Freelance Live Sound Engineer at Live - lyd & lysudlejning. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as a Sound Engineer at Baby Factory & Soundtrack Recording Studios, where they built a new studio and successfully delivered productions for major Danish and international artists.

In 2011, they joined AltaPay as a Technical Support Manager, assisting merchants with technical onboarding and ongoing support. Danny later served as the Head of Support, where they achieved high customer retention and ensured successful implementations for clients. Danny also worked as a Customer Care Director at AltaPay, responsible for aligning sales, onboarding, support, and development teams.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Customer Care Director at Valitor, overseeing customer onboarding, project management, and customer service departments.

Currently, Danny is the Chief Operating Officer at PSQR, where they are responsible for day-to-day operations, IT security, supplier management, and customer deliveries. Danny was previously the Head of Delivery at PSQR, where they built a customer delivery department and established a professional services track, diversifying the company's revenue stream.

Throughout their career, Danny has demonstrated their ability to take on diverse roles, build teams, and deliver successful results.

From 2002 to 2005, Danny Jonstrup Krøger attended Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sound Engineering.
