Danny Krøger

Danny Krøger is the current COO at PSQR. Prior to this, they were the Customer Care Director at Valitor from January 2019 to April 2020.

At Valitor, Danny was responsible for the customer on-boarding and customer service departments in the Omni-Channel Solution unit. This included overseeing financial performance and investments in the Customer Care team, defining processes and internal systems, and managing employee guidance and development. Danny was also part of the management team of Omni-Channel Solutions, responsible for the overall strategy and operations of Omni-Channel alongside the rest of the management team.

During their time at Valitor, Danny achieved several notable accomplishments, such as building a department from the ground up to over 25 employees within 3 different teams across 2 countries, transforming the Customer Care department from an e-commerce only facility to a full omni-channel service provider, and successfully handling the Customer Care department adoption during Valitor's acquisition by AltaPay.

Danny Krøger studied sound engineering at the Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium in Denmark. Danny then went on to work as a sound engineer for various bands and artists.

They are on a team with Anton Larsen - Head of Development, Ron Volpe - SVP, International Markets. Their manager is Emanuel Greisen, Managing Director.
