Stephen K Mendoza

Stephen K Mendoza is the CEO and Founder of PSR Associates. Stephen has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Mendoza began their career as an M&A Advisor at Morgan Stanley in June 2002. In this role, they created a unique market niche in the oil industry to prospect and obtain new clients. Stephen also identified and assisted several regional oil companies in acquiring or being acquired by other competitors or investors. The company sizes ranged from $3M to $25M. In addition, Mendoza developed and managed investment relationships with high net-worth individuals and corporations.

In March 2004, Mendoza left Morgan Stanley to start PSR Associates. PSR Associates is a boutique investment bank that provides M&A advisory, capital raising, and strategic consulting services to middle market companies. The firm has completed over 100 transactions totaling over $10 billion in value.

Stephen K Mendoza has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington. Their focus was in mechanical engineering and mathematics.
