Trevan Swierczewski is an associate at PSRS, with experience in commercial real estate and financial analysis. Previously, Trevan contributed to the 2021 NAIOP University Challenge, representing San Diego State University in a development competition. Trevan's internship at Marcus & Millichap involved investment sales research and client database management, while earlier roles at New American Funding included processing and verifying mortgage transactions. Trevan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from San Diego State University, completed in 2021.
