Chhayhea Sam

Chhayhea Sam is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment analysis. Currently serving as Senior Portfolio Manager at the Public School and Education Employee Retirement System of Missouri since September 2006, Chhayhea co-manages the real estate portfolio and participates in asset allocation discussions. Previously, Chhayhea held multiple roles at Affordable Equity Partners, Inc., encompassing Senior Investment Officer and Asset Manager, where management of a $135+ million tax credit investment portfolio was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes working as a Credit Analyst at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, overseeing approximately $2 billion in securitized commercial real estate loans. Chhayhea earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Banking and Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
