Edward Hemphill

Chief Technology Officer at PSS Industrial Group

Edward Hemphill has a long history of progressive leadership in the energy market. Edward began their career in 1995 as a Design Engineer for Subsea Equipment at Cameron. In 1998, they joined Hydril Company as Director of Global Engineering and Quality Assurance, and later became Chief Engineer of Blowout Preventer Products. In 2008, they were appointed Director of Global Engineering at GE Oil & Gas following the company's acquisition of Hydril. From 2011 to 2015, they held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Forum Energy Technologies, and Vice President of Drilling at Proserv Operations, Inc. In 2014, they founded Macston Services, LLC, an executive consultancy, and currently serves as its Principal Owner. In 2020, they joined PSS Industrial Group as both Chief Technology Officer and President of Manufacturing Businesses.

Edward Hemphill has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Edward has also completed executive management education from General Electric, IPAA executive management from Harvard Business School, and executive education courses from Rice University. Edward also holds a Texas Professional Engineer (inactive status) certification.
