Steve Hand began their work experience in 1980 at Southwire Company, where they served as a Service Center Manager until 1988. In 1988, they joined Industrial Air Tool, where they worked in sales and gained experience in warehouse/logistics operations. Steve also built PC's for rental software and provided training on the software to users nationwide.
From 1975 to 1984, Steve Hand attended the University of Houston, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Production & Logistics.
