Raj Dhandapani

Raj Dhandapani began their work experience as a Software Consultant at MultiVision USA in 2006. Raj then moved on to ProKarma in 2007, where they worked as a Sr. Software Consultant until 2011. Raj joined PS Technology in 2011 as a System Engineer and later advanced to the role of Technical Manager in 2016, where they were responsible for designing and developing solutions for Railroad Work Force Management. In 2019, Raj was promoted to IT Director at PS Technology. Raj has expertise in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) designing, EclipseLink/TopLink performance tuning, and fixing memory leaks using JProfiler.

Raj Dhandapani earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Raj obtained various certifications, including Program Management Foundations and Transformational Leadership from LinkedIn in February 2023, Leading Inclusive Teams from LinkedIn in December 2022, Giving Your Elevator Pitch from LinkedIn in August 2021, and Impromptu Speaking from LinkedIn in January 2021.
