Marina Styve Gullaksen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marina Styve began their career as a CNC-operator at Rolls Royce Marine AS - Engines Bergen in 2004. Marina Styve then worked as a student at Bergen University College from 2008 to 2013. Following this, they joined Frank Mohn Mongstad AS as a Project Engineer and later transitioned to FMC Technologies as a Project Engineer, Intervention from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, Marina joined PSW Technology as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2023. Marina Styve then held the position of Head of Projects at both Veltec - Norway and PSW Technology in 2023.
Marina Styve Gullaksen completed their Bachelor's degree in Subsea Technology at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2011. Marina Styve then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Innovation and entrepreneurship/Gründerskolen at the same university from 2011 to 2013. In 2012, Marina attended Rice University for a short period to study Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, although no degree was specified for this particular stint.
