Raquel Soler

Raquel Soler began their work experience in 2017 as a teacher at Dickson Adventist School in the Kentucky Tennessee Conference. In this role, they wrote lesson plans for multiple grade levels and subjects, met with parents and school board to discuss student progress, and maintained discipline in the classroom. Raquel worked in this position until June 2018.

In 2019, Raquel Soler joined Psych Hub as a Content Manager. Raquel'sresponsibilities included collaborating with production teams on course asset development, partnering with subject matter experts and the learning and development team to draft and refine course material, and managing a team in developing curriculum. Raquel utilized instructional design theories and the ADDIE Model to design multiple tiers of instructional courses. Raquel'semployment with Psych Hub is ongoing.

Raquel Soler obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Ouachita Hills College, which they attended from 2011 to 2017. Raquel furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Arts degree in English, specifically specializing in Rhetoric and Professional Writing, at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, from 2021 to 2023.
