Ismail Lourido Ali

Ismail Lourido Ali is currently the Director of Policy & Advocacy at Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) and Co-Founder of Psychedelic Bar Association. Previously, Ismail served as Chair of the Board of Directors at Students for Sensible Drug Policy. Ismail has also worked as a Legal Intern at the International Human Rights Law Clinic and as a Law Clerk at ACLU of Northern California and Muslim Advocates. Ismail's educational background includes a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Spanish, and Creative Writing from California State University, Fresno.
