Karen Molnar-Smith

Karen Molnar-Smith, MSN, RN, joined PMC’s corporate team as the Regional Director of Inpatient Operations. In her role, Karen is responsible for overseeing PMC’s Inpatient Division and its hospital programs. Karen comes to PMC with over 30 years of successful clinical, administrative, consulting, and contract management experience.

Prior to joining PMC, Karen held several senior leadership positions, most recently as the Director of Nursing at Rogers Behavioral Health in Brown Deer, WI. Karen has developed and directed child, adolescent, and adult inpatient units, as well as partial hospitalization and outpatient services. Karen has also served as a member of several community impact organizations and is currently an active member of Aurora Medical Center Kenosha Patient and Family Advisory Council.

Karen earned her B.S. and M.S. in Nursing from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.
