Calypso Lune

Calypso Lune is a Research Associate II in Molecular Pharmacology at PsychoGenics since February 2024, specializing in molecular biology and biomarker analysis, with skills in DNA/RNA/protein extractions and various assay techniques. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician at Montclair State University, where Calypso provided care to laboratory animals and conducted health checks, and as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Speech Communication Laboratory under Dr. Jennifer Pardo, focusing on spoken language research. Additional roles at Montclair State University included developing Western blot assays in neuropharmacology research, creating training materials, and tutoring in subjects such as biology, statistics, and psychology. Calypso holds a Master of Arts in Psychological Sciences and an Honors B.A. in Psychology from Montclair State University, along with an A.S. in General Science Studies from Bergen Community College.
