Cliff Nelson

Cliff Nelson serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PsychoGeriatric Services, leading a team of approximately 150 providers and administrative staff to deliver comprehensive mental and behavioral health services across over 300 long-term care facilities in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania. In addition to this role, Cliff is the Founder and Principal of Selection Capital, a partnership focused on investing in and operating companies, recently collaborating with PsychoGeriatric Services to enhance its outreach. Previously, Cliff held positions at DRW Venture Capital, where over 20 venture capital and private equity investments were executed, and at Avant, where management of an analyst team at a large operations center was undertaken. Cliff began a consulting career at Charles River Associates, advising clients on intellectual property strategies. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Mathematics and Chemistry from Tulane University.
