Cheryl Throgmorton Ed.d.

Cheryl Throgmorton, Ed.D., SPHR, serves as Senior Director of People and Culture at Navitus Health Solutions since April 2024. With extensive experience in organization development and talent management, Cheryl has held significant roles at Psychological Associates as Vice President and Training Instructor, and at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing as Assistant Vice President of Organization Development and Learning. Cheryl also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Webster University, teaching courses on diversity, inclusion, and change management. Past leadership positions include Executive Director of Organizational Development and Inclusion at Mercy and Director of Organizational Learning at Bronson Healthcare. Cheryl's educational background includes an Ed.D. in Organization Development and Learning from the University of St. Thomas and an MA in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
