Erick P. Briggs, M.S. has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2006, they worked at PRC, LLC as a Technical Systems Specialist until 2010. Then, they joined Norwegian Cruise Line as a Sales Associate from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they worked as a Research Assistant at Missouri State University from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they began working at Saint Louis University as a Research Assistant until 2018. Currently, Erick is the Head of People Analytics & Innovation at Psychological Associates since July 2018.

Currently, Erick is furthering their academic pursuits at Saint Louis University, where they are working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a program they will complete in 2024. Throughout their educational trajectory, Erick has consistently focused on expanding their knowledge and expertise in the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
