Nir Bashan

Nir Bashan is a renowned creativity and innovation expert, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of The Creator Mindset® LLC since April 2016, where Nir teaches leaders and individuals how to leverage creativity to enhance profitability and meaning in their work. Additionally, since October 2021, Nir has hosted the McGraw Hill podcast 'Coffee Break,' interviewing notable thought leaders and authors. As a contributing writer for Psychology Today from March 2023 and an opinion columnist for various publications including Thrive Global, Corporate Board Member, CEOWORLD magazine, Real-Leaders, and Businessing Magazine, Nir shares insights on creativity and leadership. Nir also engages in public speaking through Engage LLC and serves as a board member at Bellevue College, holding degrees in Film/Advertising from ArtCenter College of Design and Music from the University of Southern California.
