Soren Kaplan

Soren Kaplan is the Managing Principal and founder of InnovationPoint LLC, a strategic innovation consulting firm that serves high-profile clients such as Cisco, Disney, and Visa. With over 25 years of experience in disruptive innovation and organizational effectiveness, Kaplan leads executive programs at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and contributes insightful articles as a columnist for Inc. Magazine and Psychology Today. Kaplan also holds a position as a contributing writer for Harvard Business Review, focusing on innovation and personal development, and serves as an adjunct professor at Breda University of Applied Sciences and Copenhagen Business School.
