Linda Cooling Kuiper

Linda Cooling Kuiper currently serves as the QI/Training Coordinator at Psychotherapeutic Services, Inc. since June 2009. In addition, Linda has been a member of the Public Guardianship Commission for Kent County since 2014. Previously, Linda held the position of Councilmember for Ward 2 in the Town of Chestertown from January 2012 to December 2019. Linda's educational background includes studies at Chesapeake College and the University of Maryland.
