Riitta Vuorelma-Iho

Riitta Vuorelma-Iho has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Riitta began their career as a Flight Attendant at Finnair in 1987 and worked their way up to various positions such as Service Instructor, Purser, and Service Manager. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the Leadership Development Manager at Finnair. Riitta then held the position of Vice President, Inflight Customer Service from 2011 to 2015.

After leaving Finnair, Riitta joined VR Group as the Director of Customer Service from 2016 to 2017. Following their role at VR Group, they worked as a Culture Designer at Milestone Coaching & Consulting Oy for a brief period in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Riitta served as the Director of Customer Experience at Terveystalo.

Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Experience at Psycon Corporation, a role they have been in since 2022. Riitta has a wealth of experience in customer service and leadership roles, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Riitta Vuorelma-Iho completed their Master's degree in Administrative Sciences, specialized in Leadership Psychology, from the University of Lapland in 2015. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the same university in November 2014. Riitta also has a background in Business Coaching from the Business Coaching Institute.
