Davor Dabeski has a diverse range of work experiences spanning different industries and roles. Davor started their career as a Banking Intern at NLB Tutunska Banka in 2013, where they gained knowledge about the banking system and e-banking practices. Following this, they worked as an E-business/Web Design Assistant at Akota ING in 2014, where they performed data entry, blog content creation and editing, SEO, web design, and code creation for data gathering.
In 2016, Davor joined Accenture as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, responsible for identifying and attracting potential talent. Davor then transitioned to Sennasearch Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant in 2017, where they assisted in recruiting and identifying candidates for various positions.
From 2018 to 2020, Davor worked at Capgemini as an IT Recruitment Specialist, specializing in the financial services sector. During the same time period, they also took on the role of IT Recruitment Specialist for Capgemini FS Canada. In these roles, they were responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified IT professionals.
In 2020, Davor briefly worked as a Recruitment Consultant for 5CA and Plat4mation. Davor then moved to FrontwiseGroup in 2014, where they held multiple roles. Davor started as an E-learning Developer, responsible for updating an outdated E-learning program and coordinating with the project manager. Later, they became a Client Lead/IT Recruitment Consultant, managing client relationships and sourcing IT candidates. Finally, they served as the Head of Training and Development, overseeing training programs for employees.
In 2021, Davor joined Cambly Inc. as a Talent professional, focusing on recruitment for leadership, marketing, and growth roles in the EMEA region. Davor managed recruitment pipelines, conducted interviews and testing exercises, and advised hiring managers on best practices.
Most recently, Davor joined Codedesk as the Chief People Officer in 2023. In this role, they are responsible for the overall management and development of the company's human resources, aiming to create a productive and positive work environment.
Davor Dabeski completed their Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from the Faculty of Economics at the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the certification of Scrum Product Owner Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in July 2017. Furthermore, they hold the certification of Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer from Oracle, which they obtained in April 2015.
