Kirstine Tramm

Kirstine Tramm is an experienced professional in the fields of social work and community development, currently serving as a Seniorkonsulent at Psykiatrifonden since April 2024. Previously, Kirstine held the position of Specialkonsulent at Brøndby Kommune from May 2017 to April 2024, where involvement included driving the development of the Brøndby 2030 strategy and facilitating the focus area on education and employment. With a history at Jobcenter Brøndby as a Konsulent, Kirstine supported initiatives for young individuals aged 15-30, addressing various challenges faced by this demographic. Additional project coordination experience spans roles at Brøndby Kommune's Project Department, SFI Campbell, and CARE, alongside international fieldwork with the Netherlands Red Cross.
