🧪 Joshua Ismin

Co-founder, CEO at Psylo

Joshua Ismin has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Co-founder and CEO of Psylo, a pre-clinical biotech company focused on developing innovative treatments for mental illness. At Psylo, they are involved in designing new therapeutics that utilize psychedelics to address depression, anxiety, and addiction.

🧪 Joshua also holds the position of Limited Partner at Possible Ventures, Better Bite Ventures, AirTree, Leap Capital, and Urban Innovation Fund, where they are actively involved in supporting and investing in various startups and initiatives.

In 2018, Joshua founded OutBranch, a company that collaborates with digital media businesses to establish operations in the APAC region. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President at Tremor Video from 2015 to 2017 and Co-founder at TVN.ASIA, an internet video business that was later acquired by Tremor Video to facilitate APAC expansion.

Apart from their professional roles, Joshua has also engaged in angel investing in various startups since 2015.

Joshua Ismin attended White Plains Senior High School, but the start and end years are unknown. 🧪 Joshua then pursued their undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a minor in computer science from 1999 to 2003. Joshua continued their education at Washington University's Olin Business School, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from 2002 to 2005.
