Ayele Admassu

Ayele Admassu is a Field Training & Development Leader at Psyncopate. Ayele has over fifteen years of experience in the field of business analysis and coordination. Ayele has a passion for training and development and has worked extensively with groups across the globe. In their previous role as Sr. Business Analyst, Ayele was responsible for documenting requirements, interacting with offshore development teams, and ensuring development was done in accordance with requirements. Ayele also engaged with QA teams during internal testing and UAT. Prior to their role as Sr. Business Analyst, Ayele was the GIS Coordinator at World Vision International. In this role, Ayele was responsible for setting up a new GIS department from the ground up. This included procuring digitizing equipment, plotters, and ESRI Software to start data acquisition, analysis, and presentation. In just two years in this role, Ayele was able to collect georeferenced data from the field and digitize it using ArcGIS. This allowed operational staff to provide visual evidence for some of the work done out in the field - something that had never been done before in the company's history.

Ayele Admassu has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Addis Ababa University, a Certificate in Business Analysis from UC Irvine, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from HILCOE School of Computer Science. Ayele also has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Alemaya University. Ayele is also a Microsoft Certified Professional and a MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect.

Ayele Admassu reports to Tony Giang, Founder & Principal Technology Strategist. They are on a team with Rajeev Alagarsamy - APAC Leader, Phoutty Khounborinh - Director of Client Technology Services, and Aryl Kohrs - Director of Business Development & Partners.
