Hanife Bal MSc is an experienced leader in strategic management and organizational development, currently serving as Manager bedrijfsvoering at PsyQ since January 2021 and as Strategisch manager at MLead since September 2014. With a strong background in interim management, information management, and organizational consulting, Hanife excels in formulating and executing organizational strategies, connecting stakeholders, and promoting innovative solutions. Previous roles include managerial and advisory positions at Green Star Zorg, Vitaal Zorggroep, and various organizations focused on social initiatives in Rotterdam. Hanife holds a Master’s degree in Information Science from Utrecht University and is dedicated to improving organizational processes while responding to relevant trends and regulations.
