Fikriyah Nurul

Fikriyah Nurul has extensive experience in talent acquisition and sales, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Executive at PT 360 Teknologi Indonesia since December 2016. In this role, Fikriyah actively recruits and sources candidates through various channels, develops an understanding of client companies, approaches suitable candidates, and negotiates pay and salary rates. Prior to this, Fikriyah worked as a Senior Telemarketer at Panin Dai-ichi Life and an Executive Telemarketer at Sun Life, focusing on achieving sales targets for insurance products. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Finance Officer at PT Biginusindo Permai.
