Indra Nurcahyo, SE., MM has extensive work experience in various roles within the Ajinomoto company. Starting in 2000 as an Account Executive at Dian Mentari Pratama (DMP), they then joined PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia in 2003 as an HR staff. Indra progressed to the role of HR Associate Manager before transitioning to a Training Overseas Staff position at Ajinomoto Co., Inc. In 2009, Indra returned to PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia as a Section Manager, focusing on training concept development and human resources value development. Indra then joined PT Ajinomoto Sales Indonesia in 2013, where they served as the Head of General Affairs and Personnel. In 2015, Indra moved to PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia Karawang Factory, initially leading the Public Relations Department and later becoming the Head of Ajinomoto Shared Value Project Promotional Department. Currently, they hold the position of Head of General Administration Department at PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia Karawang Factory.

Indra Nurcahyo, SE., MM has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Universitas Padjadjaran. Indra pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Institut Teknologi Bandung. In 2013, they also completed a non-degree course in Certified Human Resources Management from Prasetiya Mulya.
