Antonius Hermawan Susilo

Antonius Hermawan Susilo has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Antonius is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Human Resources at PT. Alpen Food Industry since November 2018. Prior to this, they worked with Lippo Group as the Deputy Director of People & Organization Development, where they focused on designing and implementing organizational development initiatives. From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Corporate Talent & Organization Development Senior Manager at Agung Sedayu Group, where they were responsible for talent review processes, leadership development, and workforce planning. Before that, Antonius was the Corporate Learning & Development Manager at PT. Agung Sedayu Group from 2010 to 2015, where they improved productivity through training initiatives. Antonius began their career as a Training Program Manager at Frontier Consulting Group from 2009 to 2010, developing customized training programs and evaluating their effectiveness. Antonius also has experience in the publishing industry, having served as Chief Editor & Publishing Manager at Publishing One from 2008 to 2009. Antonius started their professional journey as an Academic Manager at PT Inlingua International from 2006 to 2008.

Antonius Hermawan Susilo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Educational Study Program from Sanata Dharma University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Antonius then pursued a Master's degree in Philosophy from Sekolah Tinggi Filsafat Driyarkara from 2006 to 2008. Later, in 2012, Antonius completed a Professional Training Development and Delivery certification from Axoo, offered by GML-HR A/S. Antonius further advanced their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), completing their studies from 2012 to 2014.
