Muhamad Ikhwan

Muhamad Ikhwan has extensive experience in IT support and project management, currently serving as IT Application Support Non Core at PT. Alto Network since April 2021, where responsibilities include providing Layer 2 support and managing incidents and service requests. Prior to this role, Muhamad worked at PT Berca Hardayaperkasa as Information Technology Technical Support from April 2019 to March 2020, focusing on the replacement of desktop PCs and laptops for Bank Danamon Indonesia. Additional experience includes positions as Administrative Staff at PT Gajah Muda Persada, Broadcast Intern at BIGO, and Production Staff at PT OXY Water Batam. Muhamad holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta, completed in 2018.
