Astrid Noviana Sutedja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Senior Head of CRM and Performance Marketing (Growth) at PT Astra Digital Arta (AstraPay), Astrid has previously held key positions including Senior Head of Customer Relationship Management and Head of Marketing Department. Astrid's background also includes roles at Transcosmos Indonesia as a Digital Marketing Senior Account Project Manager and a Communication Planner/Strategist, as well as experience at Festo as a Digital/Online Marketer, Internet Editor for the Southeast Asia Region, and Marketing Communications specialist. Astrid holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from BINUS University, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
