Michael Hansen is an experienced professional in the field of customer analysis and business processes. Currently serving as a Customer Analyst at PT Astra Honda Motor since September 2019, Michael previously held the role of Business Process Analyst at Investindo for a short period in mid-2019. Michael's early career includes an internship in Business Planning at PT. Elcolite Indonesia Mandiri and a Document Controller Internship at PT. Cipta Niaga Gas. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, completed in 2019, and graduated from Sang Timur Senior High School in 2015.
