Andreas Tjong's work experience includes various roles in different companies. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a System Analyst at PT Avrist Assurance, where they designed and developed new web-based systems. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a System Analyst - Supervisor at PT MNC Life Assurance, focusing on designing system enhancements. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Business Analyst at PT FWD, managing the initial setup of various systems. Since 2015, they have been working at PT Asuransi Jiwa BCA, initially as a Business Analyst and later as the Head of IT Business Analyst, responsible for managing the implementation of the System Development Life Cycle and achieving project objectives.
Andreas Tjong pursued their undergraduate education from 2004 to 2008 at the Institut Pertanian Bogor, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
