Ige Bayu Adi Utomo

Ige Bayu Adi Utomo has extensive work experience in the field of compliance. IGE currently serves as the Head of Compliance Division at PT Asuransi Jiwa BCA, where they are responsible for areas such as compliance monitoring, regulatory compliance, and assisting the Head of Compliance Division. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Head of Compliance Division (Pjs) at PT Asuransi Jiwa BCA.

Before joining PT Asuransi Jiwa BCA, Ige worked as the Corporate Compliance Manager at FWD Insurance. IGE was responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and policies within the organization.

Earlier in their career, Ige served as the Senior Compliance Manager at PT. Zurich Topas Life, where they oversaw the due diligence process related to anti-money laundering, terrorist financing, and other compliance areas. IGE also worked as a Compliance Manager at Zurich Indonesia, where their responsibilities included setting up compliance policies and implementing compliance procedures, particularly in relation to anti-bribery and corruption.

Ige's work experience also includes roles at Zurich Insurance Indonesia and Zurich Topas Life, where they served as an Assistant Manager in the Compliance department. In this role, they assisted the Head of Compliance in creating and implementing compliance plans and policies.

Additionally, Ige has experience in the insurance industry, having worked as the Agency Distribution Compliance officer at PT. Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia, where they were responsible for reporting compliance-related issues, investigating cases, and creating standard operating procedures for the Agency Distribution Compliance Function.

Before entering the insurance industry, Ige worked as a CSR Auditor at Intertek, where they conducted audits related to corporate social responsibility.

IGE Bayu Adi Utomo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitas Sebelas Maret from 2001 to 2005.
