William Sutanto, S.S., AAAIK has a significant work experience in the insurance industry. William began their career in 2012 at PT Asuransi Sinar Mas, where they held various roles as the Head Of Operations from November 2012 to February 2014, from February 2014 to April 2017, from May 2017 to March 2018, and from March 2018 to August 2023. Following their tenure at PT Asuransi Sinar Mas, they joined PT Asuransi Total Bersama in September 2023 as the Head of Representative Office.

William Sutanto, S.S., AAAIK completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General from Prayoga School of Foreign Language, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. William also completed the Branch Manager Development Program from MarkPlus Institute in September 2016. Furthermore, they hold a Certificate in General Insurance from AAMAI.ID, obtained in May 2016.
