Since a majority stake owned by Telkom Group , PT. Bangtelindo grow up to develop its performance to face the competition today and the days to come. Management of PT . Bangtelindo also need to continually strive to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business management , while maintaining and ensuring the quality of the operations results for the achievement of customer satisfaction through the implementation of a management system that can be adaptable to the process approach. Roles , functions and activities of each unit in PT. Bangtelindo are organized well. Control of business processes are implemented carefully and it will lead to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation effort that will finally give added value to all stakeholders .
