Sang Keun Kwak

South Korean citizen, 50 years old. Earned his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Kunsan National University, South Korea. He was appointed as Director of the Company pursuant to the resolution of Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated on March 30th, 2021. He started his career in the banking sector since 2001 and has served several key positions such as Chief Information Officer PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (2020), Information Technology Division Head PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (2016-2020), and Deputy General Manager Hana Bank (2015-2016). Other position in the IT sector is as IT Manager PT NEXT Transformtech Indonesia (2020-2021).
