Agus S Hidayat serves as the Regional Information Technology Manager at PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk since August 2024, following the bank's transformation from Bank BTPN. Previously, Agus held the position of IT EUSS Regional Manager at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk, overseeing service delivery across approximately 250 offices in East Java, Bali, and Nusra. Throughout a robust career spanning over two decades, Agus has accumulated extensive experience in IT consulting, network engineering, and system administration across various organizations, including Global Citra Mandiri and PT Eresha Technologies. With a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Agus possesses a strong educational foundation to support a diverse range of technical roles and responsibilities.
