Previous roles include Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics Nav/BC at ABM Global Solutions, Inc., focusing on documenting business processes and creating SOPs, and Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics Nav | LS Retail at IBIZ Consulting Services Pte Ltd.
