Hot Martua

Hot Martua has diverse work experience in the mining industry. They started as an Operation Supervisor at PT. Sarana Anugerah Perdana from May 2018 to May 2019, where they were responsible for project planning, budget analysis, and reviewing contracts and invoices for customers. They then worked as a Drill&Blast Engineer at PT. Riung Mitra Lestari from May 2019 to June 2021, focusing on designing drill patterns, arranging blasting based on design and delay, and monitoring drilling and blasting data. From September 2021 to November 2022, Hot Martua served as a Production Supervisor at PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama, overseeing production planning, coordinating tasks, and meeting production targets and quality standards. Currently, since November 2022, Hot Martua is working as the Head of Drill and Blast at PT. Bina Sarana Sukses, where they are responsible for optimizing drilling and blasting activities, managing the operating budget, and monitoring performance.

Hot Martua completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Trisakti University, starting in 2013 and finishing in 2018. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In October 2018, they obtained the certification for Tenaga Ahli Administrasi Kontrak from the Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR). In December 2019, they obtained the Pengawas Operational Pertama (POP) certification from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). In July 2020, they obtained the Ahli K3 Umum certification from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP), and in October 2020, they obtained the KJL Class II certification from PPSDM Geominerba. Most recently, in February 2021, they obtained the Blast Permit License (KIM) from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
