Brett Crowley

Brett Crowley is the CFO and company secretary. Brett is an experienced chairman, finance director and company secretary of ASX-listed companies.

His previous roles include chairman of an ASX-listed company in the building services industry which grew significantly by way of acquisition. This was followed by five years as CEO of an ASX listed company in the water technology field. This role included Brett managing the construction of the company’s manufacturing plant in China and being based in Europe to establish the sales function of the company.

Brett is currently a director of two ASX listed companies and practices as a solicitor. He is a former partner of Ernst & Young in Australia and Hong Kong and a Senior Legal Member of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
