Richard Sharps

Richard is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has over 30 years’ finance and business experience. Richard started his career in the UK as an external auditor before relocating to Australia in 1998. In Australia, his career initially continued within the external audit field before moving into business risk and commercial finance roles.

Richard has held Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary roles in both the building materials industry and not for profit sector. Prior to joining PT Blink, he was the Director of Finance & Governance and Company Secretary at the Black Dog Institute. In his current role, Richard oversees the financial strategy, legal, HR and governance of PT Blink.

Richard is passionate about delivering strong, mentally healthy and sustainable teams and financial environments to promote innovative thinking and allow both the people and business to flourish.
