Mario Fadlam is an experienced maritime professional with a diverse background in leadership and operational roles. Currently serving as Port Captain at PT. Cahaya Perdana Transalam and Assistant Port Captain at PT. USDA SEROJA JAYA since February 2022 and September 2020, respectively, Mario has also held the position of Third Officer at PT Indobaruna Bulk Transport since July 2019. Mario's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Officer at PT. Mitra Bahari Sentosa and Waruna Shipping Group, as well as completing a cadetship with Waruna Shipping Group beginning in September 2014. Mario holds an ANT 3 Manajemen / AMD degree in Nautica from Politeknik Maritim Negeri Indonesia, completed in November 2016.
