Mitha Octavia Sitompul

Mitha Octavia Sitompul is a professional trainer with extensive experience in people development and curriculum design. Currently serving at PT. Centrepark Citra Corpora since January 2023, Mitha previously held roles at Merry Riana Group from January 2020 to July 2022, where Mitha worked as an Executive Trainer and Branch Lead, focusing on programs such as I LEAD! and public speaking training. Earlier experience includes positions as a cook and food designer at Happiness Bento, and multiple assistant lecturer roles in laboratories at Fakultas Teknobiologi Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, teaching subjects like microbiology, genetics, and animal physiology. Mitha holds a bachelor's degree in biotechnology from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, completed in 2015.
