Aprizal Nahla

Aprizal Nahla, PhD, is a seasoned engineer and university lecturer with extensive experience in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as a Compliance Verification Engineer and Team Lead for various initiatives at PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Indonesian Aerospace) since July 2021, Aprizal manages the development and airworthiness activities of the N219 aircraft, leading a 20-person team in diverse engineering areas. Previously, roles included Acting Supervisor for the Propulsion & Fuel System Group and Design Engineer for notable aircraft programs, contributing significantly from conceptual design to the first flight campaign. In academia, Aprizal has been a lecturer at Universitas Nurtanio Bandung since July 2016, and previously served as an adjunct lecturer. With a robust educational background, including a PhD in Aerodynamics from Cranfield University, Aprizal has demonstrated a commitment to knowledge sharing through speaking engagements and curriculum development.
