Reski Ade Putera is an experienced engineering professional with a background in process engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Process Engineering & Plant Technical Services Manager and Project & Engineering Manager at PT Energi Sejahtera Mas since January 2020, Reski has overseen major strategic expansion projects and has managed process engineers to enhance productivity and efficiency. Previously, Reski held roles such as Lead Process & Project Engineer and Process & Project Engineer at PT Ecogreen Oleochemicals Batam, focusing on engineering design, project leadership, and coordination. Earlier internships at PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food, Tbk. and PT Semen Padang provided foundational industry experience. Reski holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
