Belinda Tirza

Belinda Tirza currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at PT. EXA Mitra Solusi since August 2023, following a significant tenure at PT BCA Finance from May 2017 to August 2023, where Belinda held roles in Human Capital Talent Management and as a Branch Manager. In the Human Capital Talent Management role, Belinda focused on identifying company talent needs and implementing effective recruitment strategies, alongside developing talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent. As a Branch Manager, responsibilities included leading the marketing team and monitoring daily activities of the Credit Marketing Officers while reporting on sales achievements.
