Cynthia Widjaja, CHRP has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Cynthia started their career as an Assistant Manager at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk in 1998 and worked there for over ten years. Following that, they joined PT Amido Makmor Tulus Sejati in 2010 as a Sales Account Manager. In 2013, they transitioned to PT. EXA Mitra Solusi, where they held various roles including Senior Manager, SVP Business Development HCM & Business Enablers, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President Operations. Cynthia's expertise lies in operations, business development, and sales.
