Bayu Prasasti is currently working at Freeport Indonesia as a HR in the Expatriate Recruitment Dept. Bayu has a background in psychology and extensive experience in recruitment and HR roles in various companies such as Torishima Guna Engineering, NES Global Sdn. Bhd., Fircroft Indonesia, Saipem Indonesia, and Bumiputeramuda 1967. Bayu has been involved in recruitment planning, candidate selection, HR scheduling, psychological assessments, and employee training and development.
