Rama Octario has a strong background in recruitment and human resources, with experience in various companies such as Freeport Indonesia, OPAC Barata, TorishimaGuna Group, Kelly Services, PT Fircroft Indonesia, and Benchmark Recruitment. Rama's roles have included conducting interviews, psychological tests, and candidate screenings, as well as reviewing operational performance and reporting to higher management. Rama studied at the University of Indonesia from 2000 to 2007.
